Payment Policy
No Cash on Delivery (COD): To ensure a seamless and secure transaction process, we do not offer COD services.
Accepted Payments: All orders must be prepaid through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or digital wallets at checkout.
Size & Product Information
Size Guidelines: All measurements for our kurtis are in inches. Please refer to our size chart to ensure a perfect fit before ordering.
Handcrafted Nature: Since many of our products involve traditional weaves and fabrics, slight variations in texture or color are a mark of authenticity and not a defect.
Product Images: We strive for color accuracy, but shades may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
Return & Exchange Policy
General Policy: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the error is from our side (e.g., wrong item, wrong size, or genuine manufacturing defect).
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a return for a defect or error, a full, uncut, and continuous unboxing video is required as proof.
Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
Refunds: If a refund is approved due to a store error, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
